Enter Revolucion, an amazing little restaurant in Indy that not only serves up excellent Mexican – it’s also home to some downright delicious burgers, too!
And you wouldn’t be wrong, either.
It might seem a little weird to read those words together describing the same place, but just like somehow being able to do both good Mexican and good burgers, Revolucion pulls it off.
You’re definitely going to want to arrive with an appetite, because even if you’re here for the burgers, you probably won’t be able to resist, say, the nachos – especially if you see another table get them first.
They’re everything you’d ever want in a good burger; the perfect balance of juicy and flavorful, seasoned nicely and cooked with the same care as the Mexican delights.
The fries these burgers come with are no slouch themselves. Perfectly tender and crispy at the same time, they make for an excellent lunch or dinner option.
