Do you remember how old you were when you finally learned to

embrace vegetables? Or maybe you’re still begrudgingly packing your NutriBullet with spinach, celery, and other veggies. And you’re not alone.

During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! to talk about her new show Chrissy & Dave Dine Out, Chrissy Teigen revealed that her five-year-old son Miles is anti-veggies. The cookbook author even recalled the moment when Miles, who she says has never eaten a vegetable, had a bit of a freakout when he discovered a piece of broccoli in his fried rice.

“Luna is the best eater. Luna is amazing. She eats salads, vegetables. Miles has still not had a vegetable…He accidentally ate a broccoli floret in a fried rice and was so upset about it,” Chrissy revealed.

Teigen went on to say that it’s “a struggle” to get children to eat fruits and vegetables, and that she even once did a “a Zoom call where they talk about picky eaters.”

We’re kinda with Miles on this one, though, given that broccoli doesn’t need to be in fried rice. Also on Team Miles is Chrissy’s co-host, David Chang’s kids. While appearing alongside Chrissy on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, David revealed that “they don’t like vegetables either.”

In addition to dishing on her kiddo’s eating habits, Chrissy also spoke about Chrissy & Dave Dine Out and all the life-changing restaurants she was able to visit while shooting the show. “Really incredible spots that really opened my world. Cause you know in L.A. you feel like you can get a vibe or you can get good food, but rarely both. And when you [David Chang] had sent out the list of our final choices, they were life-changing to me,” she shared.

Chrissy & Dave Dine Out will start streaming on Freeform on January 24 and Hulu on January 25.
