‘We’re listening to our heart’: Brothers paying tribute to Italian roots at new Palmer restaurant, opening soon at centuries-old dining spot

Elpedio’s Ristorante, offering fine Italian cuisine in a colonial, rustic setting, is set to open May 1 at the historic Seipsville Inn, 2912 Old Nazareth Road, in Palmer Township. The restaurant, named after the late Elpedio “Pete” Pettinelli, will be operated by Petinelli’s four sons — Peter, Lou, Dino and Dero — and will feature a variety of authentic Italian dishes, including a charcuterie board of Italian meats, cheeses, olives and more.
