Wutyasay has been serving the Piedmont area of North Carolina since 2016, and you’ve got to try some of this truck’s delicious comfort food. A genius spin on a burger, Billingsley-Hayes makes it combines, “ground chuck with sautéed onions, spicy sauce, Monterey Jack cheddar cheese, all blended together and rolled into a vegan wrap. We deep fry it, and I make a special dipping sauce on it and it comes on a bed of fries.”
