We love relying on our
slow cooker to make weeknights and party planning easier than ever, from our slow-cooker pulled pork to our Crockpot white chicken chili. If you usually rely on your slow cooker for savory recipes, then let us introduce a game changer: a massive, shareable chocolate chip cookie in the slow cooker. This HUGE chocolate chip cookie is not only perfect for serving a crowd, but nails our ideal chocolate chip cookie texture: crisp outsides, and a melty, gooey middle.
If you’re in a rush, you can cook this on high for 2 to 3 hours, or on low for 5 to 6 hours if you’ve got some time to spare. Keep in mind that your slow cooker may be different than ours, so keep an eye on your cookie to prevent overcooking. Once done, we love serving this cookie with scoops of vanilla ice cream and drizzles of chocolate syrup for an ideal Valentine’s Day (or anytime) treat.

Cookie can be kept warm in slow-cooker for up to 3 hours. Remove insert from slow cooker base and place on a cooling rack to cool. Use the parchment paper to remove the cookie, slice and serve.
