This Italian-inspired
chili is packed with spicy turkey sausage and leafy kale for a tomato-y chili that is anything but boring. While we love classic turkey chili, when we’re looking to spice things up, we turn to this recipe. Spicy ground turkey, red bell peppers, cannellini beans, tomatoes, and kale all combine for a cozy soup that will warm you up all winter long. If you’re a fan of beans in your chili (or chili with a thinner consistency), then this should be next on your chili rotation.
Just like most of our other chili recipes, this bowl was made to be loaded up with the toppings. Sour cream will cool down the heat a bit, but sliced avocado or crushed crackers would also be welcome additions.
