After starting as the Wilmington Pickling Company, the team sought out a cuisine that would pair well with their product—a task they clearly accomplished. The Wilmington spot keeps a simple menu with above-board quality barbecue. From brisket and pork butt to chicken wings and bratwurst, this joint’s smoker is always cooking.
While the former location is currently closed, a new restaurant called The Post will be opening soon.
