Irish, or is this leprechaun bark exactly the sweet treat we all need to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day? Full of colorful Lucky Charms, mint M&M’s, and white chocolate, it doesn’t get much easier to prepare this festive St. Patrick’s Day dessert.
Some quick tips: Look for a green and gold sprinkle mix (they sell them on Amazon) or use whatever sprinkles you have on hand. Don’t skip spraying the baking sheet with cooking spray, as it helps the parchment adhere to the baking sheet, making it easier to spread the melted white chocolate into a thin and even bark.
We’ve got two options for you when it comes to decorating your bark: You can dollop green chocolate over the white chocolate and spread in an even layer to create a green layer on top, or you can drizzle green chocolate over the white chocolate to create more of a swirled effect. Both will be delicious, so decorate however speaks to you.
