Everyone knows that Andes are the ultimate mint-chocolate chip candy, so we decided that we just had to make brownies inspired by our favorite bite-sized treat. We start with a fudgy brownie base (made from a box!), then top with Andes mints, then a dyed green frosting with mini chocolate chips. Top with even more Andes mints, and you’ve got the perfect chocolatey, minty treat to enjoy on St. Patrick’s Day and beyond!
