We’re big fans of classic
bruschetta, but when we’re craving a sweet twist to the classic summer appetizer, we turn to this strawberry-balsamic version. Baguette slices are toasted in the oven until nice and crispy before being topped with a ricotta spread, sweet strawberries, basil, and a balsamic glaze. The result is a sweet-tangy bite that works just as well as a starter as a post-dinner treat.
